Flaxseed oil
Available in: 500ml/ bottle
On land, there is no food as brain-nourishing as flaxseed oil. Flaxseed oil is often hailed as the "student food" or "intellectual food." Its cellular matrix contains lignans, with levels 100-800 times higher than those found in commonly consumed grains and legumes. Flaxseeds also provide 18 essential amino acids, three vitamins (A, E, B1), and eight trace elements essential for the human body. The primary component of flaxseed oil is alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), constituting around 50-60% of the oil, which is 2.5 times higher than that found in deep-sea fish oil (20-26%). Prolonged deficiency of ALA can lead to cognitive and visual organ decline, age-related dementia, and an increased risk of modern ailments like hypertension, diabetes, and cancer.
Usage:
Flaxseed oil can be used in a variety of ways, from daily stir-frying and cooking to skincare.
